Our 33,000-square-foot facility houses our inventory, Shipping & Receiving Department, our 145-Component Repair Station, and our PMA/ Engineering Department. Team JAS has provided quality aircraft support for over 36 years, and we are proud to be the solutions company for OEM aircraft parts, MRO repairs, and PMA part alternatives to Aircraft owner/operators worldwide.
Originally founded in 1986, Team JAS has grown over the years as a direct result of our customer focus and ability to provide money & time-saving solutions to Operators around the world.

MRO Shop Room
The Team JAS Repair Station is FAA Certified (#YJAR8401), EASA Certified (EASA.145.6700), and a Viking Air Factory Endorsed Component Center. Limited Ratings include Instruments, Welding, Heat Treating, Machining, and rewinding. With our experienced technical staff and engineering capabilities, we are consistently creating new FAA DER Repairs and fabrications to help our customers save on total operating costs. From fabrications of obsolete/non procurable parts to DER approved repair processes, JAS Services can provide innovative solutions, even for previously non-economical repairs.
Our highly qualified and well-trained sales and support team has made it their goal to provide the best level of support in the industry. Through continual hands-on aircraft component and system training, our team stays current with their knowledge of regional aircraft. We also provide multilingual support in English, Spanish & Portuguese. Our customer service team has over 100 years of combined experience and provides the highest level of support available in the industry. Additionally, Team JAS provides a 24/7 AOG line to assist our customers in the event of an emergency.
Our shipping team uses the most effective methods of freight available across all major global carriers. Every order passes through a careful inspection of parts and components to ensure proper packaging and inclusion of all customer-required documentation. All incoming parts and components (new, repaired, or overhauled) are fully examined by our Quality Control staff in strict accordance with our Logistics Quality Manual. Inventory Control Personnel regularly monitor our stock levels to ensure availability of rotable and consumable parts requirements
Our FAA Part 21 parts manufacturing division, PMA design and Manufacturing is your source for safe, reliable, and cost-effective parts and assemblies. We have more than 700 PMAs on multiple fixed-wing aircraft platforms, in over 24 different ATA codes. Our team has extensive certification knowledge in either CFR Part 23 or 25 Regulations. Our engineers are trained on the latest CAD modeling and simulation software. Our experienced quality team thoroughly inspects each part to strict FAA approved design data before signing an 8130-3 tag. We also work with operators to take on new projects that require improvements to the OEM design.
